The 4th Annual Midwest Fiber & Folk Art Fair is July 16-18, 2010 at *Lake County Fairgrounds* (our new location), Grayslake, IL. Please fill out this application and the Volunteer Coordinator will contact you as applications are being reviewed.

By submitting this application you are indicating that you have read the information on our Volunteer page. Once you have submitted your application, you will be contacted regarding any questions you might have, your schedule, committee assignments, etc.

Sign up your friends to have fun! When you do, you help fill out the Midwest Fiber & Folk Art Fair volunteer roster. Recruit a group from your office or guild as a unique team building exercise.   • Please list your available times for each day.
  • Selecting a shift does not limit you to the assigned times of the shift but it lets us know the different times you will be available during the day.
